Updated, brand-new room with 2 beds.

Normal room. Microwave. Fridge, and Keurig were nice. Room was clean. It was ok for one night. Close to downtown if one needs to go there.

Halls smelled like cigarette smoke. Hotel was under construction, so things were a little different, which I understood. Pool was green. My husband didn't sleep because he kept hearing the elevator ding all night. Parking wasn't great.

The staff is pleasant and very pleasant.

The location is perfect for the Market Center. The room was spacious and comfortable, with friendly staff that enhanced the experience. Breakfast offered some homemade preserves, a delicious touch. The carpet in my room felt outdated and had some stains, and the room service quality left much to be desired.

Workout room. Lacking and some equipment was broken Cable was out but they chomped a meal

The room was quite big and also was the bed, very comfortable.

The area it wasn't a very good one. It's just for driving in and checking out. It looked more like an industrial district with freeways.

Location is good, close to Lovefield airport and city Beds are comfortable Staff was nice Room was big

Aircondition was VERY loud, the noise was like being on the airplane.

The room with 2 beds. It was in a central location, close to railway station. Easily reached Oishii, located not too far from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. During trip everything was great and we will be back.

The location was great as we had a wedding of a friend at the old red museum. I did discover that the paint around the bathroom wash cabinet in room 520 needed painted, but the room was clean and not a lot of noise was noticed. It is sorta hard to get into your place off of 35E, but we managed. Enjoyed the stay. Jerry May

Recommend for a fleeting trip

Clean room, convenient location, the breakfast was good and I appreciated the free parking with easy access to nearby attractions via a DART station.

Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The printer in the business centre went wrong. Without hesitation front desk staff made their computer terminals and printer accessable. When the iron in my room was missing and I needed to call the front desk to ask for one, I received a phone call apology from the manager, received a restaurant voucher for dinner or breakfast and an offer of a packed lunch to take with me for the day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would certainly stay there again.

Great King Size Room and bed. Brilliant delicious breakfast for a good price. Location to the Dart for downtown travel just $4.00 for a day pass. Overall very relaxing hotel.

Hotel is near a train track which can be a litttle annoying.

Holiday inn had a great location. The outdoor pool was a highlight. I really appreciated the pet-friendly policy, allowing me to bring my cats along for the stay. I enjoyed the bar area. The drinks were really good!
